# Kiến thức cơ bản về Workspace

Mỗi **Project** có một **Workspace**. Trong mỗi Workspace, bạn có thể tạo nhiều **Canvas**; mỗi Canvas tương ứng với một **Episode** (tập), giúp bạn sắp xếp từng phần nội dung hoặc công việc riêng biệt.

* **Canvas:** Không gian trực quan nơi các tài nguyên và node được kết nối thành một quy trình. Đầu ra của một node có thể được dùng làm đầu vào của node tiếp theo.
* **Column:** Một bố cục Canvas thay thế, nhóm các tài nguyên theo loại như **Text, Image, Video, Script** và nhiều loại khác, giúp bạn duyệt và quản lý nội dung theo loại.

#### Quản lý dự án

Mỗi dự án có menu riêng.

Để mở menu, vào **Home → Project**, chọn dự án của bạn, sau đó nhấn nút ⋯ ở góc trên bên phải của dự án.

#### Xem chi tiết (View details)

Hiển thị thông tin chung về dự án: tên, vai trò của bạn, mô tả, số lượng Board và thành viên, ngày tạo và ngày cập nhật gần nhất, cùng danh sách thành viên và vai trò của họ.

#### Hoạt động gần đây (Recent activity)

Hiển thị những thay đổi trong dự án và ai đã thực hiện. Dùng bộ lọc ở phía trên để thu hẹp danh sách theo thành viên, hành động, board và khoảng thời gian (ví dụ 7 ngày gần nhất). Mỗi mục cho biết ai đã thay đổi, khi nào và bao nhiêu thay đổi đã được thực hiện. Các thay đổi gần nhau được gộp lại để danh sách dễ theo dõi hơn.

#### Xuất Workspace (Export Workspace)

Lưu một bản sao Workspace của bạn. Bạn có thể chọn một trong hai tùy chọn:

Việc xuất không làm thay đổi công việc đang thực hiện của bạn hay dữ liệu thời gian thực của các thành viên khác.

#### **Chia sẻ lên Community (Share to Community)**

Chia sẻ toàn bộ dự án với những người dùng Avis khác trên Community. Để chỉ chia sẻ một Canvas (một tập), hãy dùng Publish Template trong Canvas.

1. Mở menu dự án (**⋯**) và chọn **Share to Community**.
2. Nhập **Title**.
3. Viết **Workspace introduction**. Phần này hiển thị trên trang chi tiết của Community. Hãy mô tả quy trình, phong cách hình ảnh, điểm nổi bật và cách người khác có thể sử dụng.
4. Chọn **Category** (ví dụ **Workflow**).
5. Chọn **Visibility**:
   * **Public on Community:** hiển thị trên Community cho mọi người.
   * **Anyone with the link:** bất kỳ ai có link đều có thể mở.
6. Thêm **Tags**, phân tách bằng dấu phẩy (ví dụ: cinematic, anime, advertising).
7. Chọn ảnh bìa từ **Media from Workspace**. Bạn có thể dùng hình ảnh hoặc thumbnail làm ảnh bìa, và video làm trailer.
8. Nhấn **Publish**.
