# Xác minh danh tính (eKYC)

eKYC (định danh khách hàng điện tử - electronic Know Your Customer) xác minh danh tính của bạn bằng giấy tờ chính thức. Quy trình này nhanh chóng, hoàn toàn trực tuyến và giúp bảo vệ tài khoản cũng như số dư của bạn.

## Bắt đầu xác minh

**Bước 1:** Trong Console, nhấn vào **tên** của bạn ở cuối thanh bên để mở **Profile**.

**Bước 2:** Trong mục **KYC**, nhấn **KYC now**.

**Bước 3:** Nếu cần, chọn ngôn ngữ ở góc trên bên phải (ví dụ: **English**).

**Bước 4:** Chọn loại giấy tờ bạn muốn sử dụng:

* **CMND / Căn cước công dân**
* **Hộ chiếu**
* **Giấy phép lái xe**

**Bước 5:** Làm theo hướng dẫn trên màn hình để chụp ảnh giấy tờ và hoàn tất bước kiểm tra khuôn mặt.

**Mẹo:** Chụp ở nơi đủ sáng, đặt giấy tờ trên bề mặt tối màu, phẳng; bảo đảm thấy rõ cả bốn góc và chữ không bị chói sáng che khuất.

## Trang Profile của bạn

Trên trang Profile, bạn cũng có thể:

* **Upload image:** thêm ảnh đại diện (ảnh vuông, tối đa 2 MB)
* Xem **email** dùng để đăng nhập và thời điểm tạo tài khoản
* Xem **Account profile:** họ tên đầy đủ, loại tài khoản (**Personal**), địa chỉ liên hệ và quốc gia/khu vực
